It specializes in hermetic seals using different metals (e.g., Kovar, Copper, SPCC, Stainless) and ceramics to seal with glass airtight. By utilizing the mechanical strength and better heat dissipation property of the metal and the glass's insulation and heat- and humidity-resistance properties, it provides better packaging services for some sensing and optical communication components. |
