The Polishing cleaner will rotate the polinshing sheet unit which uses two-fluid as pressure source to press the LCD panel surface indirectly. When LCD panel is moved by conveyed， it can be cleaned two sides(the front and back sides can be separately polished according to requirements) and low-damage at the same time during polishing process. Besides, this cleaner is also used the latest cleaning technologies such as Slit nozzles, taking into account foreign matter removal, cleaning efficity, and shortening of Tact Time.
It can be integrated with the polarizer attaching machine, providing high-yield performance of equipment.
